Project Scope:
GTC is proud to contribute to the King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD) project, a hallmark of modern architectural and engineering excellence.
This extensive project encompasses the complete supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems designed to meet the sophisticated needs of high-rise towers and commercial floors.

Project Details:
The KAFD project is an ambitious endeavor requiring meticulous coordination and execution of various MEP systems. GTC’s responsibilities include:
- Electrical Systems: Installation of advanced lighting systems, low voltage cables, trunk and tray cables, and power outlets to ensure robust and efficient electrical distribution across the entire district.
- Mechanical Systems: Deployment of comprehensive air conditioning systems to maintain optimal environmental conditions within the buildings, enhancing comfort and energy efficiency.
- Plumbing and Water Systems: Implementing extensive plumbing networks and sophisticated fire extinguishing systems, including both gas and water-based fire fighting solutions, to ensure safety and compliance with the highest standards.
- Security and Safety Systems: Installation of state-of-the-art security systems and safety infrastructure to safeguard assets and individuals throughout the financial district.
- Data Systems: Establishing robust data communication systems to support the high-volume, high-speed needs of a leading financial hub, ensuring seamless connectivity and data flow.
- Testing and Commissioning: Each system is rigorously tested and commissioned by GTC’s team of experts to ensure flawless operation. Our comprehensive approach guarantees that all systems not only meet but exceed the operational demands and safety standards of the KAFD.
